India is termed as a traditional country with wide diversity in religion, ethnicity, culture and customs. The role of women mostly limited to household domestic works. India’s workplace remain significantly under- represented. has female work participation rate 20 percent which less then have global average 47 percent. major objective the study identify factors responsible creating problems for working how it an effect on rate. present conceptual nature based secondary data collected from various sources. analysed aid simple growth understand comparison over time. As per results was understood that FWPR increased at 12.50 Although been very much tough India, survive after facing many hurdles, exploitation discrimination still they are being persistent their efforts constantly trying make existence noticeable male dominated Indian society.
